Carrie and Aaron have a partially finished basement that has been flooding. Water is coming through the wall and it covers the entire basement floor. Tired of dealing with water intrusion, they called our team and we installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. This system utilizes a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls and act as a vapor and moisture barrier. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for Carrie and Aaron and put a stop to all water intrusion immediately.

Amanda's home in Casnovia, MI, was built in 1900 and needed crawl space encapsulation to eradicate the musty smells and dampness. She called Ayers after discovering we specialize in crawl space repair solutions. Our team concluded from an inspection that CleanSpace would be perfect. CleanSpace is a heavy-duty plastic liner that creates a barrier between the moist soil and the home. The liner covers the crawl space floor and walls. Our customer called with a sinking house - but only the part over the crawl space. Which means the crawl space is the problem. Upon inspection, we found inadequate support beams and support posts, which explains the sinking and unlevel floors in the home. 

We stabilized the crawl space with SmartJack crawl space support posts as well as steel beams to reinforce the wooden support beams. With all of the added support, the crawl space should no longer be a problem and the home above it will be safe and level.

One of our customers in Frankfort, Michigan contacted us referring to issue that he had with crawlspace. He wanted to insulate it and waterproof it from the outside environment. We gave him free estimate and then decided to install CleanSpace in their crawlspace. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will.
