Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Water was entering Moses’s crawl space through the walls so he called our team. He was looking for encapsulation options and we installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish. This material will be applied to your floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier.

A customer from South Bend called us about her wet and gross crawl space. We gave her a free estimate and decided to install CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. This liner was combined with CleanSpace vent covers to insulate and seal the air out. Now this crawl space will be clean and dry forever.

Megyn and Carl needed a permanent solution to moisture and structural concerns in their 1909 South Bend, IN, home before moving in. Our team installed WaterGuard®, CleanSpace®, SmartJack®, and a TripleSafe™ sump pump to waterproof the basement, encapsulate the crawl space, and reinforce the foundation. This Coloma, MI homeowner was all packed up and ready to move. She was just waiting on one thing, a crawl space encapsulation. As you can see in the after photo, CleanSpace was used as a barrier for both the floor and walls, meaning there are absolutely no entry points for water vapor.
