A customer needed his crawl space insulated in order to prevent cold air from entering the rest of his house. So he called our team and we insulated his rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping moisture and unwanted air out. Therefore, this customer will no longer have to worry cold drafts entering his home.

Our customer was experiencing standing water in their crawl space. After clearing the water out we installed our drainage matting and CleanSpace Liner. Our goal is to isolate the space from the earth using the liner and to direct any water coming into the Smart Sump sump pump using the drainage matting. The Smart Sump will pump out the water that drains into it and the CleanSpace Liner gives the space a clean more appealing look.
