The first product we installed was our Drainage Matting which is a raised dimpled mat that is placed directly on your crawl space floor. The benefit being it will catch any water and direct it to your sump system. Next we installed CleanSpace which is a thick, durable plastic liner with a vapor barrier that goes over the Drainage Matting and ensures protection against excess water and moisture. Therefore, it will even protect against the development of nasty mold or bacteria! Last of all we installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This will eliminate damp, musty odors by filtering and drying the air in your crawl space. It also filters icky mold spores and dust mite droppings.

We gave them a free estimate to help them out. After analysis, we suggested CleanSpace for their home. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold.
