Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Rona had uneven floors and her windows and floors were sticking. She called our team and so we installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The Smart Jack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. The crawl space in the before photo had a few issues that were holding up the sale of the home. A potential buyer had recently seen the home and was willing to purchase it, but insisted that the owner permanently rid the crawl space of the water and musty smell in it. While the owners wanted the problem solved as soon as possible, they asked that we wait until August when they finished a few more of the repairs in preparation for the sale. The solution in the after photo is our CleanSpace vapor barrier system that will permanently solve the moisture issues in this crawl space for the current and future owners.
