Our team knew the best solution to saving this home was to address the structural concerns, and then seal off the crawl space with CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a durable liner made of polyester cord reinforcement that is fixed to the walls and floor to provide a moisture barrier. This keeps the humidity low, and the crawl space dry. CleanSpace is also manufactured with an antimicrobial additive, preventing mold from going in the crawl space.
