Mark knew his garage floor was uneven, but it wasn't until he tripped on his way out that he realized it was a problem. He researched his options online and decided to call Ayers for assistance. We sent a crew of experts to his home, and they recommended the installation of PolyLevel. The process starts by drilling a minimum number of pea-sized holes in the concrete slab and injecting polymer foam underneath it. The foam expands to raise the affected slab to the desired level. Mark loves having an even garage floor in the morning!
Scott was looking to repair the sidewalk at his business as it had become a tripping hazard. After an Ayers specialist inspected the sidewalk, the team determined that the cement had settled. Scott replaced the concrete to remove the tripping hazard and make the sidewalk look better. Scott was thrilled with how the crew at Ayers conducted the job and how the sidewalk turned out!
Two parts of Frank's sidewalk were uneven and causing people to trip so he called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
One afternoon we received a call from Bill in Belmont, MI. The sidewalk in front of his home was growing uneven. Bill found himself telling all of his visitors to watch their step as they approached his home. No one with a beautiful home wants the embarrassment of stating this to their guests! Bill began looking at his options; removing the concrete and re-pouring it seemed like an invasive process. While searching for a more effective solution to address his cement liability concerns, Bill saw an Ayers Poly Level trailer in his community and curiously called us. We used our unique product offering Poly Level to return the cement steps to their original position. Poly Level raises concrete through unique qualities of expanding polyurethane foam, making it: environmentally safe, affordable, waterproof to prevent future erosion, quick and mess free, and a permanent solution! Poly Level not only results in a solution that looks better and lasts longer, it is also less destructive to the applied surface. Poly Level was able to raise the sinking section of cement and make it look like new. Bill can now invite people to his home without facing the burden of uneven sidewalk.
We recieved a call in March from a customer in Burr Oak about their pool decl that was cracking. We drove to their property and installed PolyLevel which is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete to level it out and make it stronger than ever before. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. We combined this with our NexusPro Joint Sealer which is a crack free sealer that is perfect for large cracks in the concrete. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
