Basement Waterproofing - Laying Down WaterGuard

Once CleanSpace was installed, the WaterGuard System could be laid down and installed. CleanSpace layers behind the drain as any moisture trapped behind the liner will funnel down and into the drain system. WaterGuard is installed out of the mud zone, eliminating the worry of getting clogged. This drain system will go around the basement and feed into a sump pump. Thus, any water leaking into the basement through the walls or floor will be picked up by the drain and will not worry John anymore!
