Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Tim and Tabitha have lived in their Bancroft, Michigan, home for about seven years with their 12 kids. They were looking to convert their damp basement into something that is dry, clean, and livable. WaterGuard is a subfloor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top.
