Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Kari noticed some water issues in her basement and moisture in the wall that was causing the paint to peel. She was not sure where the water was coming from but wanted it fixed as soon as possible. First, we installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump to provide three levels of protection in case of a pump malfunction or a power outage. Next we installed the WaterGuard system which is a French drain that collects water the seeps into the basement. The drain in installed under the floor but above the foundation so that it does not clog. The water collected is sent to the sump pump to be discharged outside the home. Lastly, we installed the Basement to Beautiful Insulated Wall Panels. The panels are made of SilverGlo insulation which is a closed-cell, graphite-infused insulation that's designed to be 24% more energy efficient than competing foam paneling.

Pam was in need of a replacement for her old sump system in her basement that couldn't keep up with the heavy rains so she called Ayers. We had a crew check out her current system and from there our System Design Specialists decided TripleSafe Sump Pump System would work great. TripleSafe utilizes three pumps that fit in one sturdy liner. The second and third pumps are meant for emergency situations when backup is needed. Larry wanted to transform his basement into a bedroom and decided to have an egress window installed.
