Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Janice decided it was time to call Ayers when she noticed water damage in the corner of the basement. Her basement is unfinished, and water intrusion occurred where the foundation wall meets the floor. Our professionals inspected the problem corner and recommended our WaterGuard system. The interior drainage system sits on top of the footing instead of alongside it, so no mud or other debris can get in. WaterGuard collects the water that leaks through the walls and directs it to the sump pump. Concrete is poured over the drain to conceal it within the ground.
