This beautiful basement in Battle Creek, MI received new flooring that can withstand moisture and mold. ThermalDry flooring is the only inorganic subfloor in the world, and was the perfect option for this basement which was experiencing moisture throughout. ThermalDry comes in tiles that are slightly raised off of the floor, allowing the floor to breathe. Water vapor won’t get trapped in the flooring, and if there is a leak, it can easily be dried without having to rip up the entire floor!

This homeowner had a leak in their basement and the floor was wet. There was no sump pump and the problem area was under a window in an unfinished part of the basement. We had the perfect solution for the home to keep it dry and the water out. We started with installing the WaterGuard system which is a French drain system that is under the floor but above the foundation to keep it from clogging. The system collects the water that leaks in from the walls and drains it to the sump pump to be expelled out of the home. We then installed a powerful sump pump which can pump 2,220 gallons of water per hour to keep the area dry and the homeowner happy!
The customer called us after they had cut out the edges of their concrete floor in an attempt to solve their basement water problem. This...did not work. This is mostly because even if the water has dirt (vs. concrete) to sink into, you still have wet ground in your basement.
We installed the WaterGuard below floor drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump and not only does the water drain, the homeowners even have real floors!
Robert had heavy water intrusion through his basement window. He called our team for help and to prevent any further water from entering his basement. So we installed an EverLast basement window. Due to the materials they are made from, Everlast windows never rot. In addition, they are made from insulated glass so you don't need to worry about heat loss.
