Nicole wanted a finished basement, but she couldn’t keep water out. So our team installed the ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring in Nicole’s basement. This flooring is not vulnerable to mold or water damage because it is made completely from inorganic material. In addition, this flooring works perfectly with our waterproofing systems. This flooring will allow Nicole to have nice wood flooring in her basement without having to worry about it being ruined by water damage.
This family needed their basement finished and to better insulate their home. They went with our Basement to Beautiful Panels that are shown in the after picture. These panels are not a finished wall but we offer many different options to finish them. The Basement to Beautiful panels are made of foam with graphite infused throughout them. This drives up the insulation value compared to regular foam insulation by 24%. The panels also eliminate the conventional wood stud framing commonly found in basements. Wood in a basement can rot and grow mold, and this family told us they had found mold. The panels are sure to make your basement warm and help make the rooms above the basement warmer too.
Alan was having some water issues in one of the rooms in his basement. The room was unfinished and wanted to get the water issue fixed as quick as possible so it would not create other issues in the basement. Upon inspection we found that the water was coming in where 2 of the walls met. We had just to solution to keep his basement room dry. We first installed the WaterGuard system which is a French drain system that is under the floor. It collects water that leaks into the area and drains it to the sump pump. The system installs quickly and all concrete is restored after installation. We then installed a new sump pump for him to keep water out of his basement. We installed the TripleSafe which gives the homeowner peace of mind and offers three levels of protection to the basement.
A customer in Springfield, MI called about some water in the basement. There is a couple of inches of water in the basement in some spots and the floor gets wet. The current sump pump in this home runs nonstop. The customer stated that the problem is the underground spring, where the water comes up through the floor. They have been dealing with this issue for about 35 years now. They came to Ayers for a solution to the issue.
After our System Design Specialist assessed the issue, he suggested that we lay down our WaterGuard to help collect and protect from the water entering into the basement. After installing that, it was time to upgrade the sump pump. Our sump pumps provide reliable water removal in any basement. Allowing for this basement to be completely dry and waterproofed!
A customer had water entering her basement through the floors so she called our team for help. We installed the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. Alerting you when water levels are too high, this sump pump prevents flooding. In addition, it has an airtight lid to prevent any unwanted moisture or pests from entering. There is also a one way floor drain in the lid which allows water to drain into it if there is an accident in your basement.
