Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This 150 year old has some shifting in the stone foundation which is also causing cracks in the brick chimney. We used Helical Piers to stabilize the settling home and lift the foundation back to the original level.  

Rich and Sue had a bowing wall in their basement that was starting to affect other walls so they contacted our team. We installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system. This system secures basement walls in place. Often outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them. 

Customers had bowing and cracking walls that needed repair. So we installed CarbonArmor in their basement. CarbonArmor is a wall reinforcing system that repairs damaged and bowing foundation walls. Both of these problems are serious and will only get worse over time. Therefore CarbonArmor is used to fix your foundation walls by preventing inward movement and reducing the cracks in your walls. This system can easily be concealed for your basement to have a sleek, finished look.

Wanting to preserve their beloved Rush Lake home for future generations, this family knew they had to address the compromised crawl space foundation. Cracks and structural wear were putting their long-term plans at risk. Our team applied a durable layer of high-strength concrete (Shotcrete) to seal and stabilize the foundation walls, ensuring lasting support and peace of mind. Now, the family can confidently enjoy their lake house for years to come—knowing it’s built to stand the test of time.

Jon noticed minor cracks in the wall where water was seeping through. Water was pooling onto the floor, causing frustrating damage. He called Ayers for waterproofing solutions, so we sent a crew to make the proper recommendations. Our system design specialist on the job site suggested our WaterGuard system and FlexiSpan solutions. First, we installed FlexiSpan to seal the cracks. We apply a flexible sealant to the full extent of the slit, then a strip of porous and flexible foam is placed over the wall. The final step is installing a subfloor drainage system right below the wall so that if water does permeate, it will flow into this drain. This drain is our WaterGuard system in this case. This drain collects water leaking through the walls. The water then goes to the sump pump it's hooked to. We conceal the system with poured concrete. Now Jon is worry-free from further water damage!
