Linda had a lot of water in her crawl space and she wanted it out with the area waterproofed so it won't happen again. She also informed us that her floors around the home were sagging. The first thing we did was install a replacement beam and support the floors with SmartJacks. We then moved on to waterproofing the space by laying down Drainage Matting which has dimples in it to direct water towards the sump pump. We then installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to keep water out of the crawl space. Next we installed the CleanSpace liner that keeps humidity, pests, and water vapor out of the crawl space. We also installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to blow dry air throughout the area to keep it dry!
