Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Denny noticed water flooding his basement and wanted to fix it. He contacted Ayers for help, so we sent a team to his home to examine the issue. They decided installing the TripleSafe sump pump system would be best. The system is equipped with three pumps; a primary, a backup, and a third, battery-powered pump, to react promptly to sump pump failure. Denny is relieved to see his basement so dry!

James had a basement wall that was bowing and had about 3 inches of movement. He wanted to correct the wall to keep the home safe. We used PowerBraces to prevent the wall from moving any further and could potentially straighten the wall. The PowerBraces include steel I-beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with steel brackets.

Billy has owned his Lake, MI home for 22 years since it was built in 2000. He’s had been having water intrusion issues for a few years, but keep cleaning it up himself. Billy is unable to use the space anymore and he’s lost personal property due to the water. Recently, he recently noticed a bowing wall and finally decided to call Ayers. PowerBraces are steel supports that secure to the joists above the foundation. They even distribute the weight of the home, strengthening the foundation overtime.  Now that his foundation is stabilized properly, there’ll be less water intrusion as well as a more safe and secure foundation. John needed to have a professional inspection for his block retaining wall that was starting to crack. After he called Ayers and we had a crew conduct this free inspection, it was settled that our GeoLock Anchors would do the trick. These are large steel plates that are attached to the affected wall and consist of a steel cable that runs through the wall and out to stable soil, where they're anchored by a smaller plate in the ground. This system can be tightened over time for better adjustments that will potentially straighten the wall in the future as well. John was glad he got this serious foundation issue addressed with a trustworthy solution that will stop the wall from bowing any further!

Thomas saw his crawl space for the first time and was appalled at the eye sore he found. He knew having a dirt floor beneath his home wouldn't stop water from entering, so he called Ayers. Our professionals visited his house and suggested the installation of CleanSpace, an uninterrupted vapor barrier applied to the crawl space floors and walls. CleanSpace is lined with antimicrobial material to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. Thomas is excited his crawl space looks brand new!
