Our customer was experiencing standing water in their crawl space. After clearing the water out we installed our drainage matting and CleanSpace Liner. Our goal is to isolate the space from the earth using the liner and to direct any water coming into the Smart Sump sump pump using the drainage matting. The Smart Sump will pump out the water that drains into it and the CleanSpace Liner gives the space a clean more appealing look. The liner even makes it possible for your crawl space to be used as an additional storage space.

The homeowners had mold and moisture in there basement and crawl space areas. Controlling what goes into your crawl space begins with your crawl space door. Crawl space doors that are simply cut from plywood and loosely fitted allow pests, moisture and outside air to get into the space. To make matters worse, wood will crack and warp over time requiring repainting or even replacement. Our team saw this problem and knew the homeowners needed a solution.

There was cracking in the concrete of Alice’s back patio. She was worried water was seeping into the cracks. So we installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a polyurethane foam. This foam expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.

There was a bowed wall in John's basement so our team installed CarbonArmor. CarbonArmor repairs damaged and bowing foundation walls by preventing inward movement and reducing the cracks in your walls. This system can easily be concealed for your basement to have a sleek, finished look.
