Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Leigh called Ayers when she noticed her basement support beams were unstable. After an inspection, our crew recommended SmartJacks to resolve this troubling problem. SmartJacks are a support system designed to stabilize and level the floor joists in a crawl space or basement. The jacks can support loads of more than 60,000 pounds. We connected these trustworthy steel support columns to a steel supplemental beam above and rested them on a sturdy base within the ground. Now, Leigh's family can feel more at ease with the stability of the basement's support system!

Sue's old sump pump failed after the last storm, and water was pooling on her basement floor. She knew she needed it replaced, so she researched her options online and called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. We sent a crew of experts to evaluate, and they recommended installing the TripleSafe sump pump. TripleSafe is equipped with three separate pumps to prevent failure: the primary, the backup, and a battery-powered backup in case of power outages. Sue is relieved to have a new pump and a dry basement!

First, we installed WaterGaurd below the basement floor around the walls to ensure leaks get collected in this drainage system. To conceal the drain, we pour concrete over it. Next, we replaced her old corroded sump pump with TripleSafe. This three-pump system fits in one durable liner and can keep up with higher volumes of water. Glenda is thrilled to keep this church in better shape for all the visitors!

This crawl space needed to be protected from the outside environment, so we installed CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durabilities, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Now this homeowner won't have to worry about a moldy crawl space ever again.
