One morning we answered our phone and it was Tom, a homeowner in Saint Joseph, MI. He told us he was tired of his cold miserable crawlspace and the high heating costs associated with it. After probing his crawlspace needs, we installed our patented CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system in the crawlspace. The CleanSpace encapsulation product is a 20mm thick plastic lining that entirely seals off the crawl space from the harsh elements it faces below. To finish addressing Tom’s concerns, additionally we installed spray foam insulation and SilverGlo wall paneling. SilverGlo panels are constructed very differently than other types of insulation. These panels contain tiny graphite particles that permeate its foam insulation, this is what gives the panel that silver shine. These tiny particles serve a functional purpose besides just looks, they reflect heat and lower the material's conductivity for superior R-value insulation. With this encapsulation system in place, Tom’s crawl space will now be dry usable space.

There was a bowed wall in Nicholas and Katie's basement, so our team installed the GeoLock Anchor System. In most cases this system can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. In addition, this system permanently stabilizes walls. It is installed by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall and is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to your lawn and home.

Customers had bowing foundation walls that they needed help straightening out. So our team installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system created to secure basement walls in place. Often outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them. 

Unwanted allergens and moisture were entering a customer's crawl space so he called our team. We insulated his rim joists in order to prevent any further intrusion. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. With airtight insulation there is a reduction in heat loss and the inability for anything to enter your crawl space.

Michael needed help leveling the concrete sidewalk in the front of his house so he called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.
