This homeowners basement and crawl space were having some water troubles and some musty smells. After having the basement waterproofed last year, it was time to work on the crawl space. Our strong CleanSpace material was installed throughout the crawl space on the floors and wall. The piers were also wrapped for ultimate protection. So they called our team and we installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.
