One morning we answered our phone and it was Tom, a homeowner in Saint Joseph, MI. He told us he was tired of his cold miserable crawlspace and the high heating costs associated with it. After probing his crawlspace needs, we installed our patented CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system in the crawlspace. The CleanSpace encapsulation product is a 20mm thick plastic lining that entirely seals off the crawl space from the harsh elements it faces below. To finish addressing Tom’s concerns, additionally we installed spray foam insulation and SilverGlo wall paneling. SilverGlo panels are constructed very differently than other types of insulation. These panels contain tiny graphite particles that permeate its foam insulation, this is what gives the panel that silver shine. These tiny particles serve a functional purpose besides just looks, they reflect heat and lower the material's conductivity for superior R-value insulation.
