Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Robin was alarmed by the amount of water leaking into her basement. She wasn't sure why this was happening and called Ayers for help. Our team inspected the house and decided to install the CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is an antimicrobial lined material that attaches to the walls and floors. This forms an uninterrupted defense against pests, moisture, and mold growth. CleanSpace is also more durable and efficient than a store-bought tarp, allowing for lower energy costs. Many of the concrete slabs in Mike's front walkway were settling and he called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting. 

Robert called Ayers for crawl space help because he noticed water accumulating in this area. We had a crew inspect his crawl space and it was decided he needed our Drainage Matting and our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The Drainage Matting is a dimpled mat placed on the crawl space floor and will create a path for water to flow and drain to the drainage system. Then we added our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier which will clean and filter the air preventing the excess moisture from turning into nasty mold. We also left Robert's crawl space looking much cleaner!
