Tim's home was built in the 1890s, and the old stone foundation was falling apart. Tim called us for an inspection and we knew right away that Shotcrete would be the perfect solution to his problem. Shotcrete is a sprayable concrete that stabilizes foundation walls and fills any holes that let in unwanted water or air. It's applied through a high-pressure hose. The extra force propelling the concrete out is what makes the Shotcrete able to applied to vertical and sloping surfaces. Tim was grateful that his foundation was fixed and the integrity of his home was restored. 

A customer needed help lifting part of her driveway to make it level so she called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.

Michael was hoping to finally put an end to the wall leaks that would seep into his home, damaging his precious belongings. Tired of this stressful issue he called Ayers to get a crew out to his home to discuss possible solutions. After the inspection our System Design Specialists concluded Michael needed our WaterGuard System and our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. 

First we installed WaterGuard which is a sub-floor drainage system that will collect any water leaking through the walls which is the exact problem he was dealing with. Specially engineered piping is placed around the perimeter of the basement on top of the footing of the foundation. The water will then be directed to the sump system. Concrete is poured over the system to conceal it. Since Michael didn't have a sump system we went ahead and installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This is a very efficient system as it consists of three pumps that fit in one durable liner and work together to keep water out. The first pump does the main job but the second is there for backup and the last pump is battery operated, meaning it will turn on during power outages.

With these waterproofing systems installed, Michael is now stress-free from these pesky wall leaks!
