Raising a Sidewalk with PolyLevel

We were initially called out to this home to deal with sinking porch steps. But upon inspection we found many areas around the property that could benefit from PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel's patented polymer combination allows for a quick and thorough lifting process and a quick cure time, which means it's weight bearing again in as little as an hour.

One of the areas on the property that we fixed was the sidewalk; one slab was sinking, which created not only an eyesore, but a dangerous trip hazard.

Fixing a Walkway with PolyLevel

Gus had an unlevel walkway to his home and it was a trip hazard so he wanted it fixed. We used PolyLevel to raise the concrete slabs that has settled. PolyLevel is a light weight foam injectable that is strong enough to hold up under vehicles and foot tracffic. The foam is also waterproof and stable so you would not need to worry about it washing away or reactiving with the soil. Down time is very minimal so full loading of the concrete could happen in about 15 minutes after being injected.

Leveling a Front Porch in Allendale, MI

Steve and Sonya's front porch was unlevel and they wanted it fixed. We used a light but strong foam called PolyLevel to lift up the settled concrete. The foam is waterproof so it will not wash away and it cures in a short period of time so it can be used in about 15 minutes!

Lifting Sunken Concrete on a Walkway in Allendale MI

Gus had some unlevel concrete slabs in his walkway to the front porch. One concrete slab had sunk a little over an inch. This unevenness could cause tripping hazards or get worse in the winter with the ice. We used PolyLevel to raise the slab back up to the original position. PolyLevel is an injectable, waterproof foam that is strong enough to hold up concrete and the added weight of cars or people on top. It also cures in about 15 minutes so homeowners or guests can be back on it in a short period of time.

Supporting a Failing Foundation Wall in Allendale MI

This Allendale Charter homeowner bought this house as a rental property. A distracted driver hit the house and as a result, the foundation wall was pushed in. This wall is now weakening and not supporting the home. The homeowner wanted it fixed as soon as possible because he was worried about the structure. We used GeoLock Channel Anchors to stabilize the wall. Steel earth anchors are installed and steel rods are joined to them through the wall where channel anchors are secured to the floor and the other end of the rod inside your foundation wall. These anchors will permanently stabilize your wall and could return it to its original condition.
