The Carbon Armor straps installed here are a very high tensile strength material that is almost impossible to stretch. Since it doesn't stretch it can be easily glued to concrete walls to stop them from bending or bowing any further. Carbon fiber will not straighten your wall, so if this is your goal then carbon armor straps are not the best option for you.
