Greg Brown was very knowledgeable and helpful to my needs and circumstances. Although I had previous quote from a competitor, Greg convinced me Ayers Basement System would exceed my expectations and be a better more reliable investment. I felt I could trust his recommendations and be confident I was making a sound investment.

Michael Roman, Logan and Nemus were a professional, friendly and hard-working crew. They did a great job removing and cleaning up the previous home-owners attempt to install a basement drainage system. They also did a great job installing Ayer's System under poor conditions, having recently had a septic line repair made leaving septic water coming in from outside. I was impressed with their commitment to work tirelessly until the job was complete and performed correctly. Because of the previous owners drainage attempt the amount of stone they predicted wasn't enough to do the job properly so one of the guys made a special trip for more stone to finish the job right. Very impressed with their knowledge of the Ayer's System and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The Crew did a great job cleaning up. I did have some divots and stones left behind in my yard, but I told the crew to call it good as they worked tirelessly to get a very large job done in just two days. The only suggestion I might make is to have the crew lay down plastic around their truck prior to starting their project making the clean-up easier for them and containing the stones spilled. Overall very impressed with the projects organization, implementation, and clean-up! Great job Ayer's Basement Systems and all their employees!
