What made you choose our company:

We had three different companies come out and take a look at our basement and offer what they thought would be best in order for them to fix the problem. One company had a neat demo of what they wanted to spray on the outside walls to waterproof. But they wanted a lot of money for what seemed to be a highly flawed product. As they were going to be sticking a wand in the ground blindly so they couldn't guarantee the product even went were it was supposed to and didn't just hit a rock. Also since it was going around the exterior walls, what about the floor of the basement. The pressure would still all be there and may not come through the walls themselves but wouldn't it just push up through the floor.... the next company had a similar plan as what we ended up doing, but he did not seem very knowledgeable and when we asked questions he just seemed to be pulling answers out of a hat and not really knowing what he was talking about. The way he wanted to run the system just seemed ....well not very well thought out.

The staff at Ayers was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had answers to our questions, and the products to back them up. They were willing to take the time to walk us through what we could do and not push things we didn't need or want. Thanks.
