The family decided to not just replace their floor with waterproofed elite plank in dark mocha. Our flooring is inorganic and waterproof, which means no more mold.

David gets water into a corner of his partially finished basement every time it rains. To fix his problem, we installed the WaterGuard drain system. This system collects water that seeps into the area and drains it to the sump pump. We also installed a new sump pump, the TripleSafe Sump Pump. This sump pump provides the home with three levels of protection in case of pump malfunction or a power outage and gives the homeowner peace of mind that their home is safe.

James had a basement wall that was bowing and had about 3 inches of movement. He wanted to correct the wall to keep the home safe. We used PowerBraces to prevent the wall from moving any further and could potentially straighten the wall. The PowerBraces include steel I-beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with steel brackets.

Alisha had a support beam in her crawl space that was cracking and it was causing her floors to become uneven. We installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Support System to stabilize the beam and support the floors above. This system not only stops further sinking and cracking but will raise the floors back up to a level position!
