The TripleSafe sump pump system offers three different levels of support when it comes to pumping water out of your basement. There is one pump for everyday normal levels of water, one, more powerful, pump for heavier volumes of water, and one battery-operated pump that will keep you protected in power outages.
The WaterGuard drain is designed to capture water seepage through the walls and any leaks along where the floor and the wall meet. It's large in diameter and is easy to get into making clogging extremely unlikely. On top of that, it is faster, easier, and less expensive than outdoor drains.
After installation, our crew will replace your concrete and let it dry. After it dries it will blend in with the other concrete for a seamless finish.
The IceGuard System makes sure water is expelled from the house in freezing temperatures like the ones we have in Michigan winters. This ensures homeowners do not have to worry about frozen water blocking the pipes and drainage system.
The WaterGuard Port is also nearly invisible in your lawn when installed and isn't an obstruction while mowing the lawn or hanging out in the yard. In this picture, we can see it before our crew puts the lawn back together.
Joe had fluctuating amounts of water in his basement depending on the weather. When there was lots of rain and snowmelt he would have a flood and when there was only a little sprinkle outside he would have just a small trickle. Nevertheless, any water is too much water so our team came out and installed WaterGuard, IceGuard, and a TripleSafe sump pump to make sure all the water is caught and pumped out of the space to ensure a long lasting dry basement. This ensures Joe won’t experience any further damage no matter what the weather, which is important in Michigan where we know the weather changes by the hour.
