Jennifer’s personal goal is to spread kindness wherever she goes. “I love imagining how the small things I do every day ripple out to others and positively affect their lives,” she says. “The realization that every individual makes a difference is one of the things I appreciate about the Ayers team. And, when we combine our efforts, our impact is substantial.”

Jennifer previously worked in various roles for a convenience store chain. Originally from Coopersville, Michigan, she now lives with her husband and two sons in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The previous owners of their home had it repaired, and Jennifer is relieved she doesn’t need to deal with the stress of basement or foundation issues. Instead, she spends her free time writing, listening to music, and hiking with her family.
