Duncan was having water issues like hes never had before during heavy rain. The water was entering his basement where the floor met the wall and would cover the whole floor. He had vacuumed up most fo the water, but he couldn't keep doing that so he called us for a solution. We installed the WaterGuard System which is a French drain that is under the floor ot collect the water leaking in. The water is then drained to the sump pump to be discharged outside the home. We also installed the DoubleSafe Sump Pump System. This provides 2 levels of protection in case one level stops working or needs extra help in heavy rain.
The back wall of Lori’s house is cracking, however she is looking to refinance her home soon. She knows that this will affect the refinancing of her home so she called our team. We installed CarbonArmor, a wall reinforcing system. CarbonArmor fixes damaged or bowing walls which are both very serious problems and can cause even more serious problems if they aren't fixed properly. CarbonArmor prevents the inward movement of your walls and reduces their cracks. In addition, this system is perfect for Lori because it can easily be concealed in order to give your basement a finished, sleek look.
Customers had water leaking into their basement through small cracks around their window. So our team was called and we installed the EverLast basement window. EverLast windows are made from insulated glass so you won't have to worry about heat loss or water seeping through cracks in the window. In addition, EverLast windows do not rot no matter how much water they are in contact with. Therefore, installing an EverLast window lets you relax and no longer have to worry about water intrusion.
We got called to a home in Kalamazoo because their add-on had settled. The crawl space support was made out of a brick post with boards stacked on top. This could cause problems becuase wood can rot or break. With the ground settling and the possibility of the wood posts breaking, this could lead to the floors sagging which is not good. We installed SmartJacks in this customers crawl space to hold up up the floor and keep it level.
A homeowner contacted our team because his floors were sagging. So we installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The Smart Jack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.
Jodi called us because she had a crawl space with a musty smell and dirt floor and she wanted it closed off. We installed the CleanSpace liner which is thick and durable liner. It prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through into the crawl space. By sealing the crawl space, the odors and allergenic mold spores are kept away. We also installed the SaniDry Sedona which is a dehumidifier for the area. They keep dry air circulating throughout the area to ensure your basement is protected from excess moisture so you have a dry, clean space. It also has a small size so it easily fits in small crawl spaces.
Water intrusion had become a common thing in Jacky and Robert’s basement. They believed part of it was seeping in through cracks near the basement windows so they called our team and we replaced their windows with Egress Windows. Due to poor insulation around the window, most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home. Egress windows help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house. So, our team installed an Egress window which will help keep Robert and Jacky's basement better insulated.
Kyle noticed that he had water damage in his basment on the walls and on the floor. He wasn't sure where the water was coming from or what to do about it so he gave us a call to help him find a solution. We installed WaterGuard which is a French drain that is designed to be installed below the floor slab. This drain collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump. We also installed the SaniDry to keep the basement dry. SaniDry has a powerful blowing motor that keeps dry air circulating throughout the space, drying out your basement or crawl space. Collected water can be drained into a sump pump pit, a section of your perimeter drain, or away via a condensation pump. This dehumidifier is super efficient and has a small size so it doesn't take up much space in your basement.
Ian has gotten work done by us before and was very impressed so when he started to have water intrusion in a corner of his basement he knew who to call. We installed the WaterGuard system for him to keep the water out of the house. The WaterGuard is a French drain system that collects water that enters the home and sends it to the sump pump. The drain is installed under the floor but above the foundation as to not clog so the water can continue to flow to the sump pump and be discharged outside the home.
This homeowner had water coming into her crawl space and wanted that to stop. She called us for a solution to her leakage problem. We installed drainage matting to allow the flow of water under the liner so the water can get to the sump pump to drain. We then installed the CleanSpace liner, a thick durable liner similar to a pool liner, to keep water, mold, and odor out of the crawl space.
These Rockford homeowners get a lot of rain in their basement when there is heavy rain. They were not sure where the water comes in from and they didn't have a sump pump to drian the water. We first installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to provide extra levels of protection. The TripleSafe has three levles which allow for the pump to still work in case of one level breaking or a power outage. We then installed the WaterGuard system which is a drain that is under the floor but above the foundation. The drain collects the water that comes into the basement and sends it to the sump pump to be discharged outside the home.
Wanda had puddles in her basement and water had been compin up through the floor. Her basement is partically finished but the area where there was water was not finished. She wanted a solution to have a dry basement but also wanted to make sure the finished part of her basment didn't get ruined. We installed the WaterGuard system to keep the water out of her basement. The WaterGuard is a French drain that is installed below the floor slab above the area where drains clog. This system collects water that seeps into the basement and drains it into the sump pump.
A customer had heavy water intrusion in her crawl space which was causing mold growth and rotting. Water was constantly entering and often would flood the crawl space. So our team installed CleanSpace, an uninterrupted vapor barrier. This material is applied to the walls and floor of your crawl space. It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.
A cusotmer had water leaking into his crawl space causing mold growth, so our team insulated his rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping moisture and unwanted allergens out.
Kens unfinished basement had some drains in the floor but water keeps backing up, causing standing water. We installed the WaterGuard system which is a French drain system under the floor. The drain collects the water in the basement and sends it to the sump pump to be expelled outside the home. We also installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System which provides 3 levels of protection to the basement in case of a power outage or pump malfunction.

It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.
Our team insulated a customer's rim joists in order to prevent any moisture or unwanted allergens from entering his home. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists so insulating rim joists seals off these cracks. Now this customer won't have to worry about anything entering his home.
A customer was struggling with foundational issues in his home. His caulk was cracking, his doors and windows were sticking and his bathub was uneven. So our team installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your settlement issues. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The SmartJack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your home. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.
Water was entering Maria's crawl space and no matter what she did it wouldn't stay out. So she finally called our team and we installed CleanSpace. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.
Looking to totally seal their basement, homewoners called our team. So in order to prevent air flow from their basement to the rest of their home, our team insulated their rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. With airtight insulation there is a reduction in heat loss.
