Keeping Water Out of the Crawl Space and Floors Lifted in Sebewaing MI

Linda had a lot of water in her crawl space and she wanted it out with the area waterproofed so it won't happen again. She also informed us that her floors around the home were sagging. Upon inspection, we found that a main beam was broken and it needed to be replaced and the floor supported. The first thing we did was install a replacement beam and support the floors with SmartJacks.
