Old Crawl Space Liner Upgraded to CleanSpace in Moran, MI

Looking at the before picture of this crawl space you can almost feel how damp it is. While there was a liner in place, it wasn’t sealed at the perimeter of the walls allowing water to accumulate underneath and on top of the liner. We are in the process of purchasing this property and found out through the home inspection the crawl space was wet with 4" of water in it. Also there is a supporting structure that is for a portion of the home that is rotten and needs replaced. There is a sump pump on the concrete floor but it is not in a crock and does not remove all the water. As part of the home purchase we are getting quotes to get the current home owner to fix it.
