There was plenty of work to be done on Todd's crawl space. He hoped for encapsulation and solutions for his sagging floors. He called Ayers for these permanent resolutions, so we sent a crew for an inspection. Our team of experts recommended CleanSpace and SmartJacks to solve these issues. I would like an estimate to see if it is worh trying to prevent any further settling or crack damage. It looks to be about a 3-4 inch void that has developed under the section of floor. 10 Foot by 24 foot area affected.
