A crew inspected the home first to ensure we made the best recommendations. We suggested SmartJacks as the solution. Before our team installed the jacks, they cleaned up the area first. We have a poured concrete or cement porch with an attached slab that used to serve as a patio. It's badly cracked in several places; sunken in areas, too. I'd like an estimate on getting the slab evened up and patched so it can be used again and doesn't cause a fall.

Outside foundation is coming away from the house, which is along side of a crawl space. It wasnt like this before winter, but thats where all the snow and water goes.
