Ayers Basement Systems received a call from Rich and Rebecca, who were seeking a solution for the flooding issue in their Elwell, Michigan home. For over two decades, they have been struggling with water intrusion, and with their retirement approaching, they were looking for a permanent fix. They wanted to spend four months of the year at their vacation home and not worry about their house flooding while they were away. After researching multiple companies, they decided to choose Ayers due to our expert team and exceptional reputation. Upon inspection, our crew recommended the installation of Waterguard and our SuperPump Plus to address their concerns.

WaterGuard is a subfloor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top.

Our SuperPump Plus is an excellent solution for those who want to avoid an open sump pit. It effectively captures groundwater and can be connected to our WaterGuard system for drainage. Its airtight lid ensures debris is kept out and children or pets can't fall in, making it a safer option. The SuperPump Plus also has a built-in alarm to alert you if the water level rises too high.
