Alicia

Alicia is the friendly face behind all the cheerful voices answering the phone here at Ayers. She is blown away by the amazing people she works with and impressed by the company culture and family network, which she found evident throughout our business.

Before joining Ayers, Alicia gained over twenty years of customer care experience and is excited to continue helping people. Her previous position was also with a family-owned and oriented business. The ability to make a difference in someone's day drives her to be great! She believes each experience can be remarkable and positively impact a person's day, week, month, or year.

When she's not redefining customer care, she's still clocked in as Mom, spending her free time with her kids, her husband, and two Old English Sheepdog puppies. Alicia loves traveling, hiking, or any adventure where she can discover an unfamiliar place.
