Phoenix first learned about wet basements as a young teenager, when he replaced the sump pump in his grandmother’s house. He’s glad that experience eventually led him to his current career at Ayers.

The knowledgeable and friendly team here is one of the things Phoenix appreciates most about the company. “Our customers can count on us to show up on time and do what was promised,” he says. “We take pride in changing homeowners’ perceptions of what they should expect from contractors.”

Phoenix, his girlfriend, and their three dogs make their home in Perry, Michigan. His favorite activities include hanging out with friends and playing games.
