Chelsea understands how distressing it can be when your basement floods. In fact, her family was once forced to leave their Lansing, Michigan, home due to foundation problems and extensive mold caused by water in the basement. She’s excited to have a part in helping homeowners solve these issues and regain their peace of mind.

Before accepting her role at Ayers, Chelsea worked in various customer service and healthcare-related positions. She feels at home here and looks forward to coming to the office. “Every day, our team is dedicated to serving others and giving them a great experience. From the first call to the last time our truck drives away, we strive to make a big difference in our customer’s lives,” she says.

Chelsea and her boyfriend have three children and a dog. They currently live in Mason, Michigan, and enjoy outdoor activities like camping, kayaking, swimming, tubing, grilling, and more. When the weather’s cold, the family prefers to stay inside and focus on all things football.
