The customer called because there were multiple points from her driveway to the porch (including a porch step) that had sinking concrete slabs. She wanted her walkway to be safe.
Luckily, PolyLEVEL is a quick process, so it only took an afternoon for us to go out and raise the problem spots with the PolyLEVEL system.

Ed was one of those customers who was looking to use our crawl space repair services. His crawl space was covered in debris and foam insulation, hardly a place you’d want to crawl in. While Ed wasn’t too worried about floods, he did see the value of a more energy efficient crawl space, so he opted for our Ultimate Energy Saver combo. The combo replaced his debris covered crawl space with a fresh, white plastic liner called CleanSpace vapor barrier. The plastic is super durable, so the encapsulation will keep on looking new even after repeated use. SilverGlo walls were also a part of the combination. Since SilverGlow walls are designed to reflect heat back into the crawl space, they're made of a highly reflective silver that made this crawl space look amazing.
The newly encapsulated crawl space will keep on looking great and saving this house money for years to come; and even though it wasn't his reason for calling, Ed got a complete waterproof system out of the deal too.

Dan in Newaygo, MI gave us a call saying that he would like his dirt crawl space encapsulated. One huge step in encapsulating a crawl space or basement is making sure we keep the environment dry and healthy. An essential application to make sure this comes to fruition is our SandiDry Sedona dehumidifier.
The SaniDry Sedona is the most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system, without a bulky heat exchange core. With its small size, it takes up less space in a basement and easily fits in small crawl spaces, like Dan’s where the height is only two feet. One enormous benefit to our SaniDry is that it runs 24/7 without you having to try and remember to empty it once or twice every day. It comes with a drain hose where the water can run to a sump pump, constantly and automatically pumping it out. This feature allows it to remove 95 pints of water out of the air every day.
This is such a crucial feature because Dan isn’t home enough to be able to empty his dehumidifier every time it fills up, and even if he emptied it once a day, there’s still all that time during the day where it’s just sitting there full, allowing moisture to build up in the crawl space. This is why having the SaniDry Sedona is so crucial to having a dry, mold-free crawl space or basement, because if issues are forming from those environments, at some point they will travel up and throughout your entire home.
Marsha B. of Newaygo, MI has a very old home. The house has always been leaky, wet, damp, and stinky. These characteristics can obviously make a home unpleasant to live in. Thus, Marsha gave us a call to get a professional and long-term fix.
We installed the fantastic duo of our products: the SuperSump premier sump pump system and the WaterGuard French drain system. The SuperSump is a sump pump specifically designed to keep your basement dry for long periods of time. Capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour, it is suitable for heavy water intrusion.
The WaterGuard drain rests below the basement floor above the foundation footing, collecting all the water that seeps into the basement from the walls. After this water is collected it is directed to the sump pump to be pumped up and out of the home. In this case, of course, the SuperSump is the sump pump we speak of.
John L. recently purchased a cottage in Newaygo, MI and is worried that the cold air coming into the crawl space will freeze the pipes in the winter. Because of this, he reached out to us to have his crawl space encapsulated.
We installed one of our favorite products: our patented CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace is a 20mm thick plastic lining that does a great job at sealing off crawl spaces from their surrounding elements. No dirt, water, moisture, or cold air has the ability to pass through this stuff. And as an added bonus, CleanSpace is developed with anti-microbial components that prevent mold growth.
This crawl space is staying clean, dry, and cold-air-free with the CleanSpace encapsulation system.
Jeanine T. of Newaygo, MI had large cracks in her foundation. According to inspectors, the failing wall was considered a safety issue -- this is a big deal. So, Jeanine called us for a professional solution.
We installed our patented PowerBrace system. PowerBrace is a foundation wall repair system that stabilizes tilting, cracking, bowing, or buckling basement walls. The system uses steel I-beams that secure to the joists above the wall. This system is so powerful that it can even eventually bring the foundation wall back to its original position if used with the adjustment kit.
A dirt crawl space can cause a myriad of problems in a home. So, to prevent any further problems from occurring, Susan F. of Newaygo, MI gave us a call to have her crawl space encapsulated.
We used one of our favorite products: the patented CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace is a 20mm thick plastic lining that completely seals off the crawl space from the outside elements. No cold air, water, dirt, or moisture will get through this stuff. And as an added bonus, CleanSpace is developed with anti-microbial properties, making it mold-proof.
Jason H. of Newago, MI had a hole in his basement floor that water rapidly rushed through every time it rained. It was wet and humid in the basement, as well, and Jason needed a fix.
Our solution? The WaterGuard French drain system. WaterGuard rests below the floor of the basement but above the foundation footing, collecting water that seeps in from the walls. Once this water is collected in the drain it is redirected to the sump pump in the home to be pumped up and out. This keeps the basement free of leaks and puddling.
Sally and Mike had a major decision to make. Their Newaygo, MI cottage was falling apart and starting to sink from under their feet. The real problem came because they had no intention of staying in the cottage. When we received their call in April, they had already made plans to list the home by May. Sally and Mike were torn between paying for repairs to a cottage they wouldn’t even use or selling it as is and hoping for the best. After meeting with a prospective buyer, they came to an agreement to split the cost of the repairs and all that was left to do was choose the company would handle the installation. Once Sally heard a few testimonials from past customers, she was sold. We moved forward with the installation a few weeks later.
Sally and Mike first became aware of their problem when they noticed large cracks in the cement wall foundation, both inside and outside of the home. The cracks were signs that the foundation of the home had started to press down on the soil below and sink. It’s a common problem and one that we handle with our piering system. Our Helical piers work by transferring the support of the structure from weak, failing soil to deeper, untouched soil or bedrock. Once the soil around the foundation was excavated, the piers were driven deep down. After the piers were attached to the foundation, the crew repacked the soil around the foundation and cleaned up. While Sally and Mike won’t be able to enjoy the newly leveled cottage, the new owners can rest assured that this cottage’s foundation will be safe for years to come.
