A bowing wall in Dylan’s basement was beginning to form cracks as well. To fix this problem our team installed the PowerBrace foundation repair system on his wall. This system will immediately stop the wall from bowing and cracking more. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them.

This 100 year old home in Mishawaka has sagging floors. Phillip bought the home to renovate it and has finished redoing the exterior. His next project is the basement but he knows the floors need to have a better solution than the temporary one he had put up. We installed SmartJacks to stabilize the main level floors and raise them back to the original level. They are steel posts that attach to the floor joists and have a stable base at the floor- they are cemented to the ground. The posts are adjustable anytime for the home in case it needs it, providing a permanent solution to the sagging floor!

Terri's enclosed porch was sinking and his brick walls were separating so he called our team. Our team installed helical piers to stop the settlement and overtime bring the foundation back to its original level. We installed the helical piers deep into the soil underneath the foundation for a quick installation and permanent solution.

While we were working at his neighbors’ home in Granger, IN Josh came over and introduced himself to our crew. Shortly after fixing Matt’s portion of the seawall, we came back to help Josh stabilize his half of the wall. We prescribed a solution consisting of a series of 16 wall anchors. Wall anchors are perfect for returning a wall back to its original position and reinforcing it. We stabilize the wall with a steel rod that runs from the wall anchor to an anchor placed on the other side of the wall. Once we place the plates we have permanently stabilized the wall. Between Josh and his neighbor Matt’s efforts, this entire giant seawall has been stabilized. Both of these gentlemen can rest assured knowing their co-owned seawall will eventually return to its original position.

We stabilize the wall with a steel rod that runs from the wall anchor to an anchor placed on the other side of the wall. Once we place the plates we have permanently stabilized the wall. With this solution in place, Matt can rest assured knowing his seawall will eventually return to its original position.
