Our team developed a plan that included removing debris and unstable material, excavating mud and soil from the basement, installing SmartJacks and supplemental beams, rebuilding the failed wall with Shotcrete, and restoring stability to the foundation. The plan also included Basement Waterproofing measures to help protect the basement from future water intrusion.

Because of the extent of the damage, this project required multiple specialized crews working together. Foremen Nate, Dylan, and Ayinde each led different phases of the repair effort, including structural stabilization, excavation, wall reconstruction, and waterproofing.
