Concrete issues?

Cracked or sunken concrete can put your home’s safety and usability at risk. Professional concrete repair provides dependable protection—correcting existing damage, preventing further settling, and restoring safe, level, long-lasting surfaces.

Today I had my driveway and part of my patio repaired, lifted, and calked. Cody and Nathan came to do it on a Saturday. Cody is a ray of sunshine...a super dynamic personality. Nathan was his Robin (you know, Batman and Robin), quieter but thorough and mega friendly! They made the job a blast! Barbara in Midland, MI

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Cracked driveways are often caused by settling soil beneath the concrete. Lifting and stabilizing the slab with polyurethane foam fills voids, corrects uneven areas, and helps prevent further cracking, without the cost or disruption of replacement.

Small to mid-size concrete cracks can be repaired using NexusPro®, a silicone-based sealant. During installation, cracks are cleaned and prepared before the sealant is applied and finished with native sand, creating a clean, uniform appearance that blends with the surrounding concrete.

  • PolyLevel® is pumped beneath concrete slabs through tiny ports about the size of a penny. Initially, PolyLevel flows like water, filling even the smallest cracks and crevices in the soil. It quickly expands and hardens, lifting the concrete slabs above it and compressing the soil around it at the same time. PolyLevel cures quickly, allowing your concrete to be used normally just 15 minutes after installation.

Concrete lifting, also called slab jacking or slab raising, is a repair method used to lift and level sunken concrete surfaces like driveways, sidewalks, patios, and garage floors. The process involves injecting a specialized material beneath the slab to raise it back to its proper position and restore a smooth, even surface.

  • Yes. For concrete leveling, we offer a 5-year warranty on our lifted slabs and sealed joints, ensuring long-lasting protection and peace of mind.

  • PolyLevel® is often more cost-effective than full replacement. It is quicker, involves no demolition, and you can use the surface almost immediately. Full replacement of your sidewalk usually incurs higher costs due to labor, materials, and extended downtime.
