Rebecca loves the way everyone at Ayers shares a common vision centered around doing the right thing and making our customers happy. She also values the team’s passion for helping each other succeed.

Before coming here, Rebecca worked in her family’s business and was involved with home building from the ground up. In addition, she held process and project management roles for a large corporation. “My background gives me a unique appreciation for the importance of partnering with customers to both solve the problems in their homes and meet the specific needs of their families,” she says. “No matter what basement, foundation, or crawl space problem a homeowner is experiencing, I’ll design a custom solution using proven methods and the best products in the industry.”

Rebecca lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with her husband, son, daughter, and their two dogs. When she isn't spending time with her family finding new spots in Michigan to explore, she enjoys photography, gardening, and projects of all kinds.
