Before joining the Ayers team in 2021, Rebecca worked in process and project management roles. She uses this background and emphasis on partnership to help her customers find the right fit with custom projects that meet their needs while solving their problems.

Rebecca has completed extensive training in waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space repair needs, and is a Certified Waterproofing Professional through the Basement Systems International Network of Waterproofing Contractors. No matter what problem you’re experiencing with your home, she will design a custom solution using proven processes and the best products in the industry.  

Rebecca lives in Grand Rapids, MI with her husband, son, daughter, and their dog Babe. When she isn't spending time with family finding new spots in Michigan to explore, she enjoys photography and gardening
