PolyLevel is a solution that uses lightweight foam injections into the small holes we create in the concrete to lift and level the slabs. Next we use NexusPro Crack Repair to seal the actual cracks because this silicone sealant is flexible and waterproof so it won't be washed away in harsh weather. Lisa will no longer have to worry about her front porch being an uneven tripping hazard!

Roberto was interested in getting a new waterproofing system installed to keep his finished basement free from any water intrusion. After calling Ayers we had a crew head over to his home for a free inspection of the area. From this our System Design Specialists made the recommendation to have us install our WaterGuard System. This is a drainage system we will install below Roberto's floor so the water gets collected here that seeps in through the walls. Vera noticed a crack in her basement wall which was where the water intrusion was coming from. She called Ayers hoping for a good fix. We completed a free inspection of her home and concluded that FlexiSpan would solve this issue. We also agreed to add our LawnScape Outlet to her exterior discharge lines. FlexiSpan is a crack repair system that has a two-layer sealant that both seals the crack with polyurethane and creates a drainage route for water intrusion. We installed a drainage well in the sub-floor for any water to be directed to under the white panel that we had placed over the now sealed crack. Next, we made the call to add our LawnScape Outlet fitting to the end of her exterior discharge lines to allow for downspout water to escape more efficiently. This fitting is buried in the ground so it prevents tripping hazards and doesn't stick out in your yard like a sore thumb. Vera was very happy to have these systems installed that keep her home better protected!

Fred wanted to get his crawl space properly sealed up to protect it from any outside pests. He called Ayers for crawl space repair options so we had a crew head over to his home for a free inspection. Our System Design Specialists were then able to recommend CleanSpace and SuperSump Plus. CleanSpace is a heavy-duty, plastic liner that holds a vapor barrier that prevents water development. Excess moisture or water in this space allows for mold or bacteria to thrive.
