Before and After Pictures from Dowling

Using CleanSpace to Encapsulate Crawl Spaces in Dowling, MI

A homeowner wanted to have peace of mind and to not have to worry about water entering her crawl space. She had been dealing with it on and off for years. She called our team and we installed CleanSpace in order to seal off her crawl space. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish. This material will be applied to your floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier.

Saving Sagging Floors with SmartJack in Dowling, MI

Judy's floor was sagging due to her main beam deteriorating in her crawl space. She called our team asking about possible repair options and we installed SmartJack. SmartJack is a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The SmartJack system uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

New cracks in the floor and wall in crawl space. Also, the driveway has sinking sections. Gap near entrance has increasing in size.
Project Location: Dowling, MI
I have a two story home built in 1969 with a dirt crawl space. The floors on one side of the home are not level. I am not sure if it is a foundation issue or an issue with the joists in the crawlspace. Unfortunately I don't know enough about the problem to give a definitive cause. I don't see cracking in the walls or bricks but the sliding glass door on the non level side has become harder to open. I'd like to have an expert diagnose the issue and give me options to fix it as well as an estimated cost.
