Fixing a Leaning Cottage in Baldwin, Michigan

In 2018 Jeff S. gave us a call when he noticed his cottage was emitting a musty smell. After searching for the culprit of the stench, Jeff discovered the source — his crawl space! We brought a team in to install a CleanSpace liner to help minimize the moisture while improving airflow and eliminating the smell. 

To combat the mold, we encapsulated the area with the Clean Space Vapor Barrier system. The system is made up of liners that prevent water and dirt from affecting the rest of the home by eliminating unwanted dampness. Mold, critters, and other pests require water to survive but our state-of-the-art liners seal away all moisture.
