We were contacted by a homeowner because he wanted an egress window and well installed. Most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. Egress windows will help ventilate your home and prevent unwanted allergens from entering it. Also, these windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency, so they are required in finished basement living areas. In addition egress windows provide lots of natural light.

Diane and her husband have a finished basement in their rental home. She has been wanting an egress window put in for safety and peace of mind. It is also made from a thick, waterproof material to prevent puddles. We even added our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to ensure water stays off his floor with this three-pump system. Kris was thrilled to get the much needed protection for his home!
