WaterGuard Saves this East Lansing, MI Basement from Water Leaks

Daisy made the right call when she notified Ayers after noticing her basement seemed to have a leak from the floor. Our crew at Ayers decided that installing WaterGuard and TripleSafe would ensure the basement's protection from such water leaks. 

WaterGuard is the perfect solution as it acts as a drainage system, catching any leakage from higher levels and is installed in the sub-floor of your basement to keep dirt/water away from your foundation. Concrete will be poured over top as well as regular flooring if desired. Next, the TripleSafe utilizes three sump pumps with battery backups in place to assure it protects from water leaks, even in power outages.
