Bea is fixing up the house her father lived in and wants to rent it out to her nephew. The basement walls had cracks in them, letting in water whenever it rained. She's had injection work done before but it never seemed to work. Bea wants to fix up the basement so her nephew and his wife can finish it or safely use it as storage.
